Pattie Mason – After graduating from London University, I initially worked as a marketing services researcher for EDS. I then headed off to Spain, where I worked for a large UK tour operator in the Balearics and then went on to teach business English in Barcelona. When I returned to the UK I spent the next few years in PA, Administration Management and Marketing Support roles for a succession of start-up companies. It was during this time that I realised the problem small businesses (and start-ups in particular) have when it comes to managing their cash flow whilst needing really good support staff. I founded One Hour PA in 2004 and now have over 40 clients in the UK and Europe. I have a real interest in the challenges and issues of running a small business and enjoy being my own boss.
Natalie Hughes – Natalie is a highly skilled PA and has experience in many different areas of administration from diary management and minute taking to event organisation and HR. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Arts Natalie spent some time in South Africa where she worked in a variety of environments, including the local townships where she was involved in co-ordinating community activities. Natalie enjoys the variety that One Hour PA brings and the opportunity to work for a range of clients. She is also a keen runner.
Lucy Leslie - Lucy spent time in Europe working in ski resorts and on sailing yachts before completing her degree in 2002 and graduating from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design with a BA in Design Management. After working on one of the largest trading floors in London as an FSA registered broker Lucy found her strengths lay in organisation and time management and began her career as a professional Personal Assistant. Lucy has worked in banks and hedge funds supporting CFOs, COOs and CIOs. She is quick to understand what is required of her and especially enjoys working independently. With excellent communication and organisational skills, Lucy loves getting the job done.
Lucia Wilson – Lucia is our Canadian based VA. She has many years of first class PA experience at director level in diverse industries in both the UK and Canada. In addition, she is an experienced sales person having worked in sales at management level for a number of years, firstly in a paper company and then for an international language school. She now works in business with her husband, as well as completing projects for One Hour PA on an 'as required' basis.
Claire Denby – After completing a Business degree, Claire spent several years in various PA and administration roles both in London and Australia . She has extensive experience in a variety of sectors such as accounts, marketing, recruitment and human resources. More recently she has spent the last four years following her interest in healthcare by managing a busy health clinic, whilst undertaking a Diploma of Health Science. She has advanced office administration skills and is committed to efficiency and attention to detail.
