We are frequently approached by people who are interested in becoming virtual assistants.  We are always interested in speaking to good quality candidates but we do not have any immediate need for additional VAs at the current time. 

When we do need additional team members we look for people who have some high level PA/Admin experience, plenty of common sense and know the difference between good and mediocre customer service.  Current members of our team combine flexible VA work with their other interests.  However, despite the flexibility of work we are only interested in people who are available for periods during the working day (9.30am to 6pm) and who have regular times when they are available. 

Working as a virtual assistant for us is not an easy option, we expect high standards and we work very hard.  The reward is that we are able to work with a variety of different clients and industries,  our work is flexible and we enjoy providing a really good quality service.
